Time Flies....

This past Saturday my younger brother, Eric, graduated with his Masters of Arts in Histroy at NWMSU. This is my alma mater and I can't believe I graduated ten years ago!! I didn't realize this until I was watching my brother cross the stage. It really doesn't seem like that long ago that I was moving to Maryville, MO for the first time.

I am so proud of you Eric!! Congratulations! I can't wait to see what you do next!

After my brothers graduation ceremony we stopped and had a yummy lunch at Famous Daves,(the only place where I will eat ribs) and then Scott and I headed off to Warrensburg to the UCM Theatre Banquet. This is Scotts last week of school and he is really going to miss these kids! He will begin working towards his PHd in Theatre History this fall at KU. We will be hosting one last shebang with his grad students this Saturday! This teaching position was such a great opprotunity for him. We wish all of his students the best of luck in the future!






It was a very jammed packed weekend but a great one. I started several little projects for mothers day and my aunts birthday. I won't post them until after they are received, I don't want to ruin their suprise!! Hope everyone is having a great Monday! Anyone celebrating Cinco de Mayo tomorrow? We are going to make a Mexican feast and margaritas! Sweet!!
