Happy Birthday Dad!

Happy Birthday Dad!!
Thank you for:

*giving me your love for baseball
*introducting me to Dave Matthews and Counting Crows (two of my favorites now)
*taking me to see NKOTB at the State Fair in the pouring rain
*giving me the taste for eating Mexican food everyday (I could live on chips and salsa)
*always making me a fire when I come to visit
*showing me how to make stovetop popcorn (the best)
*always being there for me
*listening
*showing me to properly care for my car
*and sneaking away with my car to fill it up with gas
*always scaring me and my friends when I would have slumber parties (ie: Bloody Mary and Cujo)Ha!

But most of all...Thank you for showing me what true love looks like. I love you so much and am so lucky to have you as my father. I will miss hanging out with you and Mom tomorrow night! Darn this cold weather!! Get prepared to play some WII on Sunday. Happy Birtday!!
XOXO
Your Little Girl

Yep, you'll always be my little girl, always. Thanks for the kind words. My life changed for the better when you entered my world. You are everything I had hoped for in a daughter.
Now remember..... don't cry like a little baby when I kick your butt in WII this Sunday.
Love you always,
Dad

Popping over from your sweet Mother's blog to say hello! What a lovely tribute to your Father. There is no relationship sweeter than a daughter and her dad. Nice to see that you have your Mom's creative spirit! What a wonderful trait to inherit.

Hugs,
Debbie
