Broomstick Lace Stitch

Last week I found one of the prettiest crochet stiches on Pinterest. I decided to try and teach myself by watching this video...


Here is how it turned out:

I started out crocheting onto a small knitting needle and did nto like the look of the stitch. I think the hardest part is trying to figure out how to hold the knitting needle while crocheting.


The pattern calls for a bigger knitting needle but this was as big as I had. I still think the stitch turned out pretty, but want to try it with a bigger needle next time.

I ended up making a bracelet for Kerry's birthday!


Not gonna lie, I wanted to keep it for myself! Maybe she will let me borrow it sometime!
