Yoga Inspiration...

I have only been going to yoga for two weeks but I can already tell a difference. I don't wake up sore in the morning and my back doesn't ache as much at the end of the day, and I swear my posture has improved some. Sitting behind a computer for eight hours a day has put my body in a funk and I decided to fight back!

Over lunch today I was window shopping etsy when I came across these beautiful items that would be perfect for yoga!!

Check out these pants... I might not ever take them off! <3 them so much!!

At the end of each class we relax with a lavendar pillow on our eyes while we get foot massages (it is pretty rough let me tell you). I could start bringing my own:

I would look much cooler walking in with my mat in this adorable striped bag:

Tonight I plan on hitting the gym and then coming home to make gluten free pizza!! Yum! Then I am going to work on my first project from these lovely ladies:

Their new online RVA Autumn Class starts today!

Still working on my autumn garland! And I started my first Christmas gift of the season. I am making an afghan with a seashell motif! I couldn't believe I actually remembered how to do that stitch...it has been a couple years since I have done it! I hope they like it. I will post pictures soon of them!

Happy Tuesday!
XOXO

I love that yoga mat bag! So cute :) I hope I can join a yoga class someday, it seems like something I'd really enjoy. I'm scared I won't be able to do any of the poses though :( I have really bad arthritis... I am really flexible, but only on certain days. Do you think it would be impossible to benefit from the classes if I can't quite make the pose exactly?

Thanks for the blog comment! You will love it at the Loop in St. Louis. FroYo is right there on the main street. You can't miss it! I can't remember what it's by but you'll see it. You can google "Loop in St. Louis" and go to the website to see all the amazing shops and restaurants down there! It's such a fun place. One of my favorite happy places! =)

her name is janean delaylae. i think she's in a shop or at a booth somewhere near the front and to the left. my boyfriend's mom used to work with her at michaels, and his mom said she gives demonstrations about quilting and knitting, and is really excited when younger people come in wanting to learn about it. i'm hoping to get some tips from her!
