Crochet Today Lovelies

I just picked up the latest copy of Crochet Today and got some amazing ideas for the upcoming holiday season. Yes...I am already making my list of things to make for Christmas. This year I am determined to actually be on schedule!!
Here are some of my favorites from this issue:

I love the school days afghan. I have a really cool spin on it that I can't wait to try!! I also know a couple of kiddos that might love the owl bag (okay... I would love one too). The blue "wig" just cracke me up. I think I might play around with that pattern and make a hat with it. I just love pretty blue color though!
What are you crocheting these days??
XOXO

Oh my... i just love that owl crochet bag (i've made a copy of the picture). I really want to try that one out!! I'm busy with crochet right now, but i'm not using normall yarn but i'm using hoooked zpagetti. I got the feeling that i want to crochet on everything lol I made a post about the material hoooked zpagetti here http://seniwithlove.blogspot.com/2010/07/busy-crafting.html & my recent creations are over at my blog ;) I really want to develop myself more so that i can crochet a hat or cardigan, that would be awesome!!

I am crocheting hats for a baby hat drive. Chinamommy is collecting hats for children and babies that live in Chinese orphanages.
I love Crochet Today! What a great magazine! Good luck on all of your Christmas gifts! You are doing a great job! ;D
