Tuesday's Tunes

I am sure like many of you I LOVE LOVE music. I can't imagine going a day without something playing in the background. Pandora is what gets me through the work day. So I thought I would periodically pop in and spotlight a musican or band I am currently listening to.

Band of Horses has been on heavy rotation on the record player here at Poot Manor. They are one band that Poot and I both enjoy! They are amazing live, so if they are ever playing in your area we highly recomment it!

I love the look of this video and makes me laugh every time I watch it...

Here are a couple more to enjoy...

Who have you been listening to recently??
XOXO

I agree with the Arcade Fire comment. Also the Avett Brothers and, of course, Band of Horses. I totally missed them when they came through KC, which I'm still sad about.

I keep hearing good things about Band of Horses but there is so much darned good music out there these days that it's hard to keep up!
My two most played lately are Johnny & Jenny and The Secret Sisters. I can't get enough of either!

I know you've got Monsters of Folk on the list- hopefully you will love them as much as I do! How about the Black Keys? Mere got me hooked on them when we were roomies- I think it's great dinner-makin music. And I can't remember if you have My Morning Jacket or not? I can make you copies if not.

I love, love, LOVE Band of Horses! And the first photo you used is from my favorite radio station in Seattle. :)

Lately, though, I have been listening to The Kills non-stop because I just purchased tickets to their San Diego show in April. So excited!
